Education

Representative Kirby knows how important public education is to the citizens of District 101. That’s why he works for all students, from early education to continuing studies, to ensure abundant opportunities for everyone.

 

Infrastructure

Roger believes in working to expand water, sewer, and internet in rural areas. He is working to pave roads in rural communities. He was also instrumental in bringing broadband to his hometown of Lake City.

Healthcare

Roger Kirby is working to provide accessible and affordable healthcare for all constituents of District 101. He supported efforts in building the new MUSC Health Black River Medical Center, that will provide quality healthcare to residents of District 101 and beyond for generations to come.
